Step 1

• Take US-26 West towards Beaverton
• Take the Cedar Hills Blvd exit #68.
• Turn right onto SW Cedar Hills Blvd at the end of the exit
• Turn left onto SW Barnes Road (1st signal.)

• Take US-26 towards Portland.
• Take the Cedar Hills Blvd exit #68.
• Turn left on SW Cedar Hills Blvd at the end of the exit.
• Turn left onto SW Barnes Road (2nd signal).

• Take OR-217 North toward Sunset Highway (US-26.)
• Take the Barnes Road exit. (It will be the middle lane of traffic)
• Turn slight left onto Barnes Road West
• Stay straight on SW Barnes Road for 1 mile. (Go through the intersection with Cedar Hills Blvd)

Step 2

• Go past 117th Avenue. (There is a Providence Medical Building on the corner)
• Go 300 yards further. Turn left into Barnes
• Road Professional Campus. (Left turn lane & flagpole)
• Go to the back of the complex to Building D.
• We are located on the 2nd floor in Suite 210.
